- Passport bio page. The passport must be valid for 6 months from the arrival date.

- Residence proof in the country of origin or domicile (utility bill, residence permit or other similar document)
- Accomodation proof in Zimbabwe (hotel booking or guest house booking)
- Application letter requesting the issuance of the visa to Zimbabwe Department of Immigration
