Zimbabwe e-Visa Types and Stay Duration Overview

There are 4 types of Zimbabwe e-Visas available for the eligible applicants, they are mentioned below:

Zimbabwe Holiday e-Visa

For travellers visiting the country for doing multiple tourist activities such as wildlife safaris, hiking, and meeting family or friends.

Zimbabwe Transit e-Visa

Allows travellers to transit through Zimbabwe and stay for up to 7 days before continuing to another destination. 

Zimbabwe Business e-Visa

Allows visiting Zimbabwe for short-term business activities, such as attending meetings, negotiating contracts, and carrying out other approved business activities. 

Zimbabwe Conference e-Visa

Allows attending workshops, international conferences or seminars held in Zimbabwe. 

Zimbabwe e-Visa allows both single and double entries, and the stay duration ranges from 7 days to 30 days. Applicants should check the Zimbabwe e-Visa validity before applying. 

Zimbabwe e-Visa Application Process

Step 1: Completing the Zimbabwe e-Visa Application Form

Select the Zimbabwe e-Visa type that matches with your purpose of travel, and start filling the application form with accurate passport and travel information. Then cross-check the details once.

Step 2: Uploading Documents and Choosing a Processing Speed

Upload clean scans of all the required documents depending on the selected Zimbabwe e-Visa type and select any one of the 3 available processing speeds based on your intended travel date: Normal, Rush or Super Rush.

Step 3: Paying the Fee and Submitting

Pay the Zimbabwe eVisa fee using any debit/credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency using the secure payment gateway. After successful payement, the applicant receives a payment confirmation via email, and the application moves to the processing stage.

Step 4: Receiving

Once approved, the Zimbabwe e-Visa is sent to the applicant's registered email ID. They can download the approved e-Visa from the email.

Group Applications

Complete the incomplete Zimbabwe eVisa application by entering your temporary order ID and passing the verification to continue where you left off.

Applicants will receive application status updates at their registered email address by the Zimbabwe e-Visa support. 

Application Timing 

Apply at least 1 week before travelling to allow sufficient time for processing.

Next Steps After Approval

1. Review the Approved Zimbabwe e-Visa: After downloading the applicant must check the details in the approved Zimbabwe e-Visa is correct and matches their passport.
2. Print the e-Visa: Take a coloured printout of the approved Zimbabwe e-Visa before travelling.
3. Carry the Required Document: Applicants must carry their passport, approved eVisa (both digital and printed copy) and all the other documents that they have provided in their Zimbabwe e-Visa application.
