Apply from anywhere, either from home or from the office, by following the steps below.

Step 1: Visit the e-Visa portal & Register

Register on the e-Visa portal by entering your name, email address, phone number, intended date of arrival, and nationality, then fill in the CAPTCHA details in the provided column to access the Zimbabwe e-Visa application form.

Step 2: Proceed with the Application Form

On the main application form, enter your passport number, passport expiry date, port of arrival, home address, emergency contact person's name, their contact details and email ID, and host details. Select the appropriate e-Visa category from the drop-down list based on your purpose of visit, required validity, and intended stay duration.

Step 3: Add Applicants and Choose a Processing Speed

Click Add Applicant to include additional travellers in the same application; up to 10 applicants can be added. Enter accurate details for each person.

Select any one of the 3 available processing speeds based on your intended travel date: Normal, Rush, or Super Rush.

Step 4: Review and Confirm Your Details

Check all entered information for accuracy. Correct any errors before moving to the next step.

Step 5: Upload the Required Documents

Attach clear, legible scans of the following:

Applicant's digital photo
Passport bio page
Proof of residence of the host

Step 6: Pay the Fee and Await Approval

Pay the applicable eVisa fee using an accepted debit/credit card or another available payment method through the secure payment gateway. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and your application will move to the processing stage.

Step 7: Receive Your Zimbabwe e-Visa

Once approved, your Zimbabwe e-Visa will be sent to your registered email address. Download it, print a copy, and carry it with you when travelling to Zimbabwe.

Complete an Ongoing Zimbabwe e-Visa Application

Complete your partially filled Zimbabwe eVisa application by entering your temporary order ID and passing the security verification to continue where you left off.

Application Tracking

You will receive daily application status updates at your registered email address. To check your application status at any time, provide your order ID and passport number on the visa application tracking link on the e-Visa portal.
